Advanced Soccer Academy announces open registration for it's Summer Program in St. Thomas USVI beginning March 1, 2016.
The Summer Program in St. Thomas begins in June, 2016 and ends July, 2016 .
The Annual Youth Parade against Drugs, Guns, Crime & Violence will be held St. Thomas during the month of September, 2016.

BEFORE & AFTER-SCHOOL: GRADES K-8
“Youth Excel” provides busy, working families like yours the flexibility to extend the learning day, before & after school, for school-age children ages 5 to 14 years. With a balance of child-initiated and teacher-led activities, our programs serve your child’s wide variety of interests and skills by giving them choice.
As part of the daily routine at “Youth Excel”, our programs include Learning Enhancements that help children develop important life skills while they have fun:
- Homework Assistance - When kids have the time and a quiet place to do their homework at “Youth Excel”, evenings are more enjoyable for everyone in your family and forgotten assignments may be addressed before the school day begins.
- JUST DO IT – “Youth Excel” character development program for children helps youth understand issues of diversity, conflict resolution, family and community involvement while supporting positive experiences and character-building behaviors such as honesty, helpfulness, respect, fairness, safety, and problem solving.
- Fitness/Sports - Our program features fun exercise and sporting activities to educate children about fitness and health by addressing their needs for physical activity, nutrition, relaxation and stress management and setting goals. We also offer a version tailored to Kindergarteners, First graders and Second Graders.
- Read to be READY- Our literacy program helps motivate your child to enjoy reading, writing and building their vocabulary. Whether learning a new word or writing a journal, Read to be READY helps ensure your child has the literacy skills they need from A to Z.
- Science/Math - Science experiments and hands-on math fun help your child learn the basics about nature, animals, space, physics, technology and other wonders that will make them say, ‘Amazing!’
ACTIVITIES
The fundamental concept of the “Sun Sports” summer camp is not just based on enjoyment and participation, but also on the social development of the children, along with improving team work skills.
“Sun Sports” Summer Camp strives to provide a safe, secure environment for all children who will be monitored at all times. Inclusion is a main priority in all games experienced in the summer camp. Children will be encouraged to interact with each other and develop their communication skills, forging friendships and learning to accept each other and get along. Team work, enjoyment and friendship will be the focus of the camp. Parents and children will benefit. Children will increase awareness to informal education, developing social skills and inclusion in diversity of play.
The (Advanced Soccer Academy, Inc.) BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL programs provide participants with the support, activities, and nurturing environment they need to keep learning, growing, and excelling. Far from being just childcare, our programs offer research-based curriculum and hands-on learning experiences that support every facet of a child’s development and education.
- Participants receive daily homework help
- Participants receive daily reading and literacy activities designed to instill a passion for reading and learning that promotes academic success and self esteem
- Fitness-focused programming and nutrition education built into the daily activities encourage participants to understand wellness and embrace healthy living
- Weekly character development activities encourage participants to adopt strong values and character traits which will be applied throughout their lives

We have been active in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, since 2006. We are asking support for our “Youth Excel” Before & After School Program & “SUN SPORTS” Summer Camp. [2015 - 2016] We look forward to your support. Our mission is to provide at-risk youth with the support they need to stay productive citizens in our community. We would like you to stand behind our efforts to ease the burden on society and development of our youth. We are activist in seeing a resolution to juvenile delinquency. Our focus is to provide our youth with mentor professionals and alternatives to juvenile delinquency.

To empower all youth with the life skills necessary to become productive citizens.
Our focus is to create alternatives to youth crime, drugs and violence, assist youth economic hardships, mentor-ship, tutoring, anger management, teamwork, discipline, encourage high self esteem & connect the generational gap.
Our Vision :
Goals are achieved, the youth will better disciplined, have higher self esteem, adequate meals, better education, mentoring or tutoring, stable families encouraged. Tangible differences we provide are improved grades, conduct, increased civic participation, decreased crime rate & children making healthier life choices. Once the support is received it will be put into use. Pictures of people being helped are added to websites and documentation notated. We have been overwhelmed with families and youth needing assistance and want to be another vehicle for touching lives. We have professional support & staff whose first duty is to our youth. While you are under no obligation to sponsor or donate, this does not mean that you will not support a cause that provides reports to you of its achievements and expenditure. We believe our goals are very much aligned with your goals in providing assistance to families and especially the youth of the Virgin Islands to become positive and more productive citizens. We are opposed to seeing them become a burden to society, simply by going down the wrong path, because of a lack of positive role models or lack of opportunity.
With your support or in kind donations, we can serve a multitude of young people who are at risk because they are either indigent or voiceless.
