We are Northlake Soccer Club - Join Us! 

Northlake Soccer Club is an emerging premier soccer organization with a vision to be the best youth team and player development program in Western Washington. Founded in 2016, NLSC is the passion project of Kate Lee-Ingham and Cody Munsell, who saw an opportunity for a different brand of soccer instruction - one founded on the principle of a team-first attitude. Success is measured by player enjoyment and growth, and offers flexibility for each player to participate in activities outside of soccer - all while getting elite instruction. At NLSC, we believe that every player is equally important to the success of the team and, therefore, deserve the same amount of coaching and development attention. 

A bedrock belief of our program is that soccer is a great way to also learn life skills. We created an environment that focuses on developing the whole athlete and to help with success in school, as a team player, and in personal relationships. We do this with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve through encouragement, rather than criticism and highlighting failure. These may be semantics to some, but at NLSC they are core differences in our approach. Beyond soccer, we believe that a family-first environment drives enjoyment for all players. We listen to the needs of parents, we solicit feedback on how to maximize their child's experience, and we put a high premium on player and team bonding by creating activities that incorporate their families. We want every NLSC member - and their families - to feel a part of the overall program. 

We are a new soccer club, but we are steeped in experience and passion for building our program. We recognize there are other organizations out there, but we want to offer something they don't. We hope you join us in this journey.
